WINGS of America, Statewide
Wings of America was established in 1988 to enhance the health, educational aspirations and cultural pride of Native American and Alaska Native youth. It’s a program of Santa Fe’s Earth Circle Foundation. Using running as a catalyst to engage the children, Wings reconnects native children with a sacred experience used by their forebearers for centuries.
For many participants the program has been lifechanging, giving them a belief in their own abilities and encouragement to stay away from drugs and alcohol while remaining fit and healthy. Through Wings programs young people begin to believe in their own abilities, develop leadership skills and become committed to their own well being.

ARCA, Albuquerque
ARCA was founded by parents to promote access to community-based services for their family members with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. ARCA operates more than 100 residences in the community and serves more than 400 individuals each year.
Community Action Agency of Southern NM, Las Cruces
CAA-SNM believes that by encouraging its neighbors in southern New Mexico, it can strengthen the whole community. The agency’s goal is to move people out of poverty through innovative, creative and high energy services and relationships. CAA-SNM has established an agency endowment at NMCF where matching funds provide a significant incentive for raising long-term support.
The agency works closely with NMCF on the Rural Livelihoods Border Project, which provides a wide range of services including the innovative Tres Manos program. CAA-SNM directly impacts and improves the lives of people in New Mexico’s impoverished border communities.

To abolish homelessness in New Mexico, facilitates housing and services for those who are homeless while preventing homelessness for those who are vulnerable.
