While NMCF does not accept unsolicited proposals, we welcome receiving a General Information Organization Profile Form.
The form provides us with basic information about your non-profit organization, scope of work and contact information.
With this information in hand, NMCF staff will attempt to identify possible funding resources in your area of service. If funding becomes available, Foundation staff will contact you.
You may update the General Information Organization Profile Form on an annual basis.
Please know that Foundation staff is not able to acknowledge receipt of your completed form, but you will receive an email confirmation containing all the information you entered into the form when you submit it.
